Returns
At Ecoboo LLC we are dedicated to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days after your order is received. Items must be in the original packaging, unused and unwashed. The buyer will be responsible for all associated return shipping costs. If your item qualified for reduced rate shipping, the original shipping cost will be taken out of the refund. Please contact us for the returns.

Damaged and missing items must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery. Please provide your order number and photos including; interior AND exterior packaging, shipping label, invoice and package contents to customerservice@ecoboo.net

Simply wash the cloths under the tap after use or
wash them in the washing machine at max 40C.
Machine washable, but we recommend the use of
a laundry bag for delicates. We recommend hand wash
and air dry for best results and longer life.
