Shipping
Shipping is free if your order is $50 or more. If it is lower than $50, it is a flat shipping rate.
Order processing time
We ship your order in 1-3 business days (not including weekends) from our warehouse in Illiopolis/Illinois when you place your order. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Estimated shipping time
We ship with USPS, UPS and Amazon.
United States: 3-8 business days
Coupon codes
Only one coupon code allowed per order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, as long as it has not been shipped. We cannot combine orders for shipping or make changes to an existing order.
Address Changes
Address changes are handled on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
Returns
At Ecoboo LLC we are dedicated to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days after your order is received. Items must be in the original packaging, unused and unwashed. The buyer will be responsible for all associated return shipping costs. If your item qualified for reduced rate shipping, the original shipping cost will be taken out of the refund. Please contact us for the returns.
Damaged or Missing Items
Damaged and missing items must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery. Please provide your order number and photos including; interior AND exterior packaging, shipping label, invoice and package contents to customerservice@ecoboo.net
